Delivery & Returns

Standard delivery to mainland France, Monaco and Corsica

Standard delivery is provided by La Poste / So Colissimo.
Standard delivery is free for all orders of €50 or more.
Standard delivery costs €5.50 for orders under €50.

Delivery to nearby European countries (United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria) is provided by Exapaq

International delivery (United States, Canada, Hong Kong, Portugal) is provided by TNT

Delivery times

  • Mainland France, Monaco, Corsica, United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Portugal:

Orders are usually delivered within 4 to 7 working days of dispatch.

  • United States, Canada, Hong Kong

Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 8 working days of dispatch.
Delivery times depend on the delivery zone and may take up to 2 extra days, excluding any customs checks.
Your order will be dispatched once your payment has been accepted and certain details have been verified.
For same-day dispatch, your order must be placed, verified and confirmed before midday. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched on the next working day.

ORDER TRACKING

When your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your shipping note and your order's tracking number.
You can also track your order online in "My Account" on the "My Order Details" page. Click "Details" to see all the information about your order's shipping status.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving it.
If you return your order within 14 days of receiving the products, Barbara Gould will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned products. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds are made by bank transfer to the account linked to the card used for payment.
